Tilla Goldberg / Ippolito Fleitz Group
Designer Tilla Goldberg, born in Düsseldorf in 1973, has headed the product design department of the Ippolito Fleitz Group since 2009. The renowned multidisciplinary architecture and design office with headquarters in Stuttgart and additional locations in Berlin and Shanghai was founded in 2002 by the architects Peter Ippolito and Gunter Fleitz. As part of the Ippolito Fleitz Group Tilla Goldberg not only designs innovative spatial installations, furniture and lighting, but also develops tailor-made materials, marketing and communication strategies - always with the aim of finding individual solutions that focus on the user. Tilla Goldberg gives each project a clear and distinctive identity. For Richard Lampert, she designed the filing and organisation system Salto - a sustainable storage solution for the desk that won the IF Design Award in 2025. In addition Goldberg has developed furniture designs and design objects for manufacturers such as Classicon and Walter Knoll.
Tilla Goldberg's career began with a degree in product design at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, where she studied under Richard Sapper, among others. Her professional career has taken her to international design studios such as Ross Lovegrove in London, Idée Workstation in Tokyo, and Nick Dine in New York. Goldberg is a member of the Art Directors Club for Germany (ADC), a leading institution for the promotion of creative excellence in design.
