The children's chair Julian belongs to the Magis Me too collection, a series of objects specially designed for and responsive to the needs of children. Together with Javier Mariscal, who designed the imaginatively designed chair Julian, and a roster of further international designers the Italian manufacturer Magis developed with me too a collection of furniture and toys, designed to motivate the natural inquisitiveness of children. Thanks to its production material and organic form the children's chair Julian is light yet durable while avoiding unnecessary sharp corners and edges, decisive criteria for children's furniture. Its shape is reminiscent of an abstract dog or cat, while its durability, colourfulness and safety make it genuine competition for every real pet. The objects of Magis Me too collection are characterized by their playful design and inherent safety considerations.
