Payment
The smow online shop offers you a choice of seven different payment methods. Please note that depending on the nature of your individual order we reserve the right to restrict the number of available method of payment.
Advance Payment via Bank Transfer (3 % Discount)
Pay for your order in advance via bank transfer and take advantage of a 3 % discount. Please note that this is only available with classic bank transfer, as this payment method, in contrast to Sofortüberweisung, PayPal and credit card payment involves no transaction fees for us.
After completing your order, you will be sent you an e-mail with our bank details and the final invoice amount, including the 3 % prepayment discount. Once we have received the full payment amount as listed on the invoice we will dispatch all in-stock items.

Invoice2
When ordering from smow online you can choose to pay invoice amount of EUR 1,000 comfortably by invoice. A prerequisite is a positive credit rating based on a check by our payment service Unzer. Please note in addition our further requirements for the purchase by invoice.
When ordering via invoice, an invoice with the bank details of our payment service provider will be sent to you via e-mail the day after the goods have been dispatched. Credit Card
We accept American Express, MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa credit cards. Payment by credit card is possible in our online shop up to an invoice amount of EUR 5.000, and also depends on your individual credit card limit. Please note that the charge on your credit card is always made when the order is placed and in-stock items are sent directly after the order is placed.
In order to process credit card payments you will need your card number, the expiry date and the CCV code (the 3 or 4 digits on the back of the card). Depending on the credit card provider, a security code may also be requested via 3-D Secure (SafeKey, MasterCard Secure Code or Verified by Visa). This authentication process ensures that the transaction involves the rightful cardholder and the legitimate online merchant. If your card is not yet registered a 3-D procedure, it will automatically redirect to your bank's website. You can also make a payment via the American Express Membership Rewards® Bonus Program.
When you pay with American Express in our online shop, the order processing is additionally secured by SafeKey. The SafeKey process can only be used by merchants who have been verified by American Express. A security check is carried out towards the end of the order process, and a TAN will be sent to you to confirm the transaction. You will receive this TAN via the SMS and/or email address that you have stored with American Express - an additional or further registration is not required. A further advantage of SafeKey is paying with points: with the Membership Rewards option, you can pay for your credit card transaction - in whole or in part - with the points you have collected.

PayPal
When paying with our partner PayPal, you will be redirected to the provider's website. Log in with your personal PayPal access data and trigger the payment. Payments via PayPal are possible up to an invoice amount of EUR 9.000.
iDEAL3
When paying via our partner iDEAL, please either scan the QR code on your desktop device or select your bank from the list to be redirected to your bank's online portal where you can log-in to your account and process the payment.
Financing4
Orders from the smow online shop can also be paid for in comfortable monthly instalments. Payment via financing is arranged in cooperation with our partner bank Consors Finanz (Consors Finanz, BNP Paribas S.A. Subsidiary Germany) and is available for orders up to a maximum of EUR 15,000. Following approval of the financing application by Consors Finanz, we will immediately organise the delivery of your ordered goods.
Payment in instalments: A step by step guide
Payment by financing is easily arranged in the smow online shop:- When completing your order under Payment, select Financing
- After completing the ordering process, click the "Request for financing" button and complete the application form
- Use the Online Ident procedure to immediately confirm your identy
- Alternatively, you can print the financing application, sign it and seal it in an envelope together with the documents requested by the bank. Take the form, together the Postal ID form, to your nearest post office using. A Post employee can then confirm your identity on the basis of your identity card or passport.
- The examination of the documents by the bank can take about three to five days. After approval of your financing application by our partner bank and a final positive examination of your documents, all in-stock items will be dispatched immediately

- For students: Copy of a valid student card or enrolment certificate for the current semester and copy of EC/Maestro or credit card

Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- You are an employee and have worked for your current employer for at least 3 months
- Your employment is for the next 12 months or indefinite
- You are a pensioner with an indefinite pension or
- You have been self-employed for at least 12 months
- You have a regular income of at least EUR 650 net (Household net income for housewives/men)
- You do not have a negative Schufa entry
Financial security with the carefree package
You can conveniently combine your financing with a flexible residual debt insurance (carefree package). Thereby you are on the safe side: even if everything does not go as planned. With a residual debt insurance you protect yourself and your relatives in emergencies from burdens: the residual debt insurance assumes the monthly payments in cases of involuntary unemployment or inability to work or in the event of death for the remaining term of the loan - under certain conditions after expiry of defined exclusion waiting periods, possibly with a time limit.
