Born in Bonn in 1976, Felix Stark completed a carpentry apprenticeship before studying industrial design. Having established his own studio while still a student, Felix is active not only as a product designer but also an interior designer and consultant. Yet in all that he does Felix remains true to his maxim that design is more than just a beautiful form. Questions of production, material, and sustainability all have to be taken into account as well as the formal aspects. Such principles being perfectly demonstrated in objects such as Felix Stark's designs for the German manufacturer Müller Small Living.
