Bønnelycke MDD
Henrik Bønnelycke
The design studio Bønnelycke MDD was founded in 1988 in Århus by Henrik Bønnelycke. In the following years, the architect and designer quickly made a name for himself with lamp and furniture designs as well as interior design projects. On account of his training as a toolmaker, Bønnelycke was able to approach his designs in a very unconventional way, true to the motto “everything is possible”.
Thanks to the right know-how, innovative design solutions could always be found and implemented. Bønnelycke MDD has retained the uncompromising approach to this day, and so passion and curiosity meet professionalism and a wealth of experience.
Bønnelycke MDD are active both in Denmark and internationally in a wide variety of areas. In addition to architecture, design and interior design, this also includes web, graphic and communication design. Many works have already been patented and awarded design prizes. Bønnelycke MDD have also designed several collections for the Danish manufacturer Frost. These include, for example, the FROST pedal bin, which is part of the extensive Nova 2 product line, or the versatile UNU collection, a shelving and wardrobe system that offers storage solutions for a wide variety of areas.
